## Questions and answers

**What is the minimum age to enroll?**

Nine years old. There are classes for children, teenagers, adults and seniors, grouped by age and by level.

**What are the classes like?**

Online and live on Zoom, with the teacher present, one-to-one, in a pair, in a trio or in a group of up to ten students. The focus is conversation, with all four skills worked on together.

**Which materials and platform do you use?**

Oxford University Press books and interactive platform, or the SMRT English platform, depending on the course. Practice outside class happens on that platform.

**What if I miss a class?**

Every class is recorded for the group to review, and the class WhatsApp group keeps teaching support going between sessions.

**Is there a certificate?**

Yes. The regular course ends with Oxford Test of English (OTE) certification. On study-abroad programs, the school at the destination issues the course certificate.

**How long does the course take?**

The course is organized in year-long levels, from beginner to intermediate, and the total depends on the language and the level you start at. The school maps out the path at first contact.

**How does study abroad work, and who leads the group?**

Two- to three-week group programs with a course, host family, excursions, insurance, a bilingual guide and 24-hour support. Director Rose Aquino organizes and leads every group.

**How do I get started?**

Message us on WhatsApp with the language or the destination. The school suggests a level, class and schedule. There is no enrollment fee.
